Question: I want to capture still images. Can the ISVR III do this?

The ISVR III can capture still images up to a resolution of 640 by 480. It can also capture motion video at 640 by 480 at very low frame rates. The ISVR III comes bundled with the Asymetrix Digital Video Producer*, a digital video capture and editing utility that can capture still images. Other video capture utilities can also be used to capture stills. |

Question: What is the difference between capturing single frames and capturing still images?

Single frames are captured in the YVU9 Raw format; still images are captured in the RGB 24 format. |
